2025
Where it all began
- Quantum Foundry was founded, our mission being to deliver human centric automation, without losing any focus on our ethos of putting people and culture first, and building partnerships based on transparency, trust and honesty.
August 2018
FTSE 500 Client Onboarded
- Intellimorph partnered with one of the largest manufacturing companies globally. We empowered the teams responsible for performing back end processes, by training them in Process Improvement, and setting up a Centre of Excellence for Transformation, enabling them to deliver transformation autonomously.
- Our process Discovery workshops identified over 200 processes from areas including Finance, HR, and Central Data Governidentified as benefiting from improvement. Intellimorph categorised and prioritised these processes, and through changes including implementing Digital Workers, were able to improve productivity and workforce capacity, equating to over 46 FTEs.
September 2018
Making an impact in the Public Sector
- Working with one of the largest County Councils in the South of England, Intellimorph automated processes across different business areas, whilst at the same time training their staff in selecting processes for transformation, and delivering automation. We established standards and best practices for delivering transformation, and would later be recognised by the big 3 Automation vendors for our expertise in delivering public sector transformation projects.

Industry Recognition for Our Work
- Intellimorph made a huge presence at Imagine 2019, Automation Anywhere’s flagship Automation conference that hosted 1000s of in-person attendees representing over 50 countries. Intellimorph finished in the top 3 in Botwars, where 100s of RPA developers showcased their problem solving skills to “build a bot” that solved a real problem! Our CEO spoke on the stage, with our partners, highlighting the significant benefits we brought to their organisations.
- The spring of 2019 was also when Intellimorph were awarded Industry Recognition from the big players in Robotic Process Automation, for our delivery of automation in the Public Sector.
March 2019
We get into the Magic Circle
- Intellimorph partnered with a Magic Circle law firm, initially to transform one existing process that had been identified for improvement. Following our success in delivering this in one week, Intellimorph were asked to assess existing processes across the firm, as well as reviewing their infrastructure readiness for transformation at a larger scale. Intellimorph are currently working closely with teams in Slaughter May, providing our expertise in process assessment, and transformation, to facilitate the scaling up of the Transformation project.

Getting into Property
- The Intellimorph team worked with a global leader in commercial real estate, who wanted to remove their dependency on outsourcing processes, and the costs involved. By evaluating the complexity and the key metrics around each process, our team was able to make recommendations for different types of approaches to Transformation. One of the key technologies used was automation, and Intellimorph were able to provide the skilled and certified resources to transform all processes, removing the need for these to be outsourced.

Our work continues to get recognised!
- Intellimorph gained more industry recognition, this time for our expertise in establishing Centres of Excellence in Transformation. Giving autonomy to our partners is important to us. Being recognised for doing it very well tells us we are doing it right!
March 2020
Business as Usual, and a helping hand during COVID
- Intellimorph enabled our partners to continue working as normal during the COVID pandemic. Business continued as usual (as far as it could), minimising the disruptions caused by lockdowns and people’s ability to work from the office or from home.
- In line with our ethos of “giving back”, Intellimorph provided free services to organisations within the NHS and the Third Sector, delivering transformation and mission critical continuity, at no cost to them.

- Intellimorph continues to deliver cost savings, process efficiencies and additional benefits, including well-being, to our partners. We have grown, both in size, and in terms of the impact we deliver.
